Disney XD (launched on February 13, 2009) is a cable and satellite television channel owned by The Walt Disney Company through their Disney-ABC Television Group subsidiary. It was created to replace the Toon Disney channel. Disney XD currently airs action-oriented children's programming, with its primary demographic being boys ages 6 through 14.
In Summer 2014, after Disney Channel broadcasts the premiere episode of Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars, the series will move to Disney XD for its regular run.[1]
It is also going to broadcast Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars.
