Utapau was a sink-hole planet in the outer rim who remained neutral in the war. The planet was inhabited by Pau'ans and Utai's that were usually friendly and welcomed anyone to overlook there home planet.
Utapau planet first made it's debut in film Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and he made 4 appearances in the Clone Wars show.
